Hog Roast Menu
Our complete packages make it easy for you to choose the menu to suit your event at very reasonable prices.
The below menus are based on 100 guests, however we can cater up to 250 guests so please contact us for an accurate quote. Lamb Roast are also available for up to 50 guests.
Free range whole spit roasted pig
Our spit roasted meats are sourced locally.
We slow roast the meat for up to 9 hours and only add salt and pepper to the crackling giving you the crispiest crackling.
Salads
Traditional garden leaf with cherry tomatoes, cucumber and dressing
Caprese salad, italian buffalo mozzarella, fresh red field tomatoes and basil, lightly dressed with an olive oil and herb dressing.

We will start the roasting before the event and then arrive 2 hours prior to the start of the event.
