I had no previous experience of planning a large scale event and I really appreciated your advice and flexibility and because of this we asked you to kindly provide staff to serve the hog roast, provide some of the salads , provide the vegetarian option and tea & coffee. You even agreed to help serve the wedding cake which was also the dessert. In addition, your staff served ice creams to guests after the ceremony.

We felt the hog roast and the service you provided was just perfect.
